In fact, supermodel Gisele Bündchen’s pair proves that the 2023 clog is equal parts sexy and sensible — so if you think of your mom’s garden shoes the second you read the word “clogs,” think again. These aren’t those.

Bündchen has been busy attending New York Fashion Week, and to no one’s surprise, she’s been slaying the style game. For a recent outing, the supermodel went pantless, wearing an XXL Frame denim jacket, plus what appeared to be a black bralette underneath the jean topper.

All that to say, clogs are cool now; they’re not the shoes they used to be, and that’s certainly due to the celebrity backing we’ve seen. As we know, a star can make anything that’s not technically “cool” cool, and that’s exactly what’s happening with the clog. That said, the shoe also provides unmatched comfort, so it still offers powerful appeal on its own.
